Jose Baer

Jose Baer has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jose started working as the owner/manager of Oso Ag LLC in 2007. In 2011, they became a board member at Zomeworks Corp. From 1995 to 1998, they served as an energy storage engineer at AeroVironment, where they worked on battery pack design and testing for electric and hybrid vehicles. Jose then established their own company, Blue Heron Design, where they provided electrical engineering and battery management consulting services.
