Shelly Higgins

Shelly Higgins has an extensive career in midwifery and sexual health, with experience at Powys Teaching Health Board and Wye Valley NHS Trust. Currently, Shelly holds the position of Interim Head of Midwifery & Sexual Health at Powys Teaching Health Board, and Consultant Midwife Clinical Lead at Public Health Wales. In addition, Shelly has worked as a sessional lecturer at Swansea University and earned a Master's of Science in Enhanced Professional Practice. With a background in psychology and A levels from Hereford Sixth Form College, Shelly is well-rounded in their education and professional experience.
