Roland Kovács

Roland Kovács has over 10 years of experience in the professional world. Roland began their career in 2010 as an Environmental Engineer at ELGOSCAR-2000 Kft. In 2011, they moved to KÖZGÉP Machine and Metal Structure Manufacturing Co. as a Project Manager, where they participated in several national waste management projects. In 2016, they joined MOL Group as a Senior Project Risk Management Expert, Project Risk Management Expert, and Project Scheduler Expert. In 2017, they founded and became an Innovation Strategist at BALANCE AND BLOOM. In 2020, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of both POZI Network Zrt. and RESTART2020, and also the Chief Executive Officer of The Connect East Incubator.

Roland Kovács attended the University of Miskolc from 2005 to 2011, where they earned a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering with a focus in Geological/Geophysical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Tokaji Ferencz Gimnázium from 1999 to 2003, where they completed their high school education in Environmental Science. Most recently, they completed the Grow with Google Programme in 2020, earning a Google Certified Trainer certification in Design Thinking.
