Monica-Ileana Paraschiv

Monica-Ileana Paraschiv is an experienced legal and compliance professional currently serving as the Head of Corporate Governance, Compliance & New Business Support Romania at PPC Romania since February 2024. Previously held positions include Head of Legal Renewables Romania at PPC Renewables and Enel Green Power from October 2023 to February 2024 and from May 2022 to October 2023, respectively. At Enel România from April 2015 to May 2022, Monica-Ileana coordinated the legal department's activities, acted as Compliance Local Focal Point, and provided legal support for procurement and employment matters. Earlier roles include Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs at Enel - Shared Services Division and Legal Manager at ALTEX Romania, as well as positions at A&D Pharma and extensive educational credentials including a Leadership programme from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
