Sergiu Ion

Sergiu Ion currently serves as the Director of Media Relations and Data Insights at PPC Energy, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sergiu Ion was with Enel România from November 2016 to October 2023, where responsibilities included Head of Communications and Media Relations Manager. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Director and Head of Energy & Industry at Grayling, Communications Adviser at Ministerul Finantelor Publice, and various positions at Mediafax, including Business Unit Manager, Editor, and Senior Reporter. Sergiu Ion holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Bachelor of Science in International Economics from the same institution.
