Silviu Jurcut

Silviu Jurcut is an experienced professional in risk management and strategy within the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Risk Management & Strategy at PPC Romania since November 2023. Previously, Silviu held a similar position at Enel Romania from August 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included coordinating hedging strategies, legislative updates, and business opportunity analyses. Silviu’s extensive background also includes roles as an Engineering Specialist at Enel and Senior Power Trader at GALA SOUTHERN EAST EUROPE S.A., among others. Silviu's educational foundation consists of a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Electroenergetica from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
