Nkululeko Mnkandla

Nkululeko Mnkandla is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at PPC Zimbabwe since September 2021, Nkululeko previously held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at Delta Beverages Pvt Ltd from August 2010 to April 2023. Earlier career positions include various leadership and officer roles at United Refineries Limited from 2004 to 2010. Nkululeko holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the National University of Science and Technology (Zimbabwe), as well as an Executive Development Programme in Business from Mandel Training Centre.
