Carole Lewis

Carole Lewis is an experienced clinical research professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Principal Clinical Research Associate at PPD since April 2016, Carole has progressed through various roles including Senior Clinical Research Associate II and Clinical Research Associate. Responsibilities include reviewing study case report forms and ensuring accuracy through source documentation verification. Previously, Carole held positions at Novant Health as Head Clinical Coordinator in Oncology Research and at Carolinas Healthcare System as a Research Coordinator. Additional experience includes an academic role as an Assistant Professor at Davidson College and research as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Rockefeller University. Carole holds a Ph.D. in Biology from Yale University and dual degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Amherst College, complemented by a high school diploma from Ethical Culture Fieldston School.
