Deb Ballweg

Deb Ballweg is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources. Since October 1994, Deb has served as the Vice President of Human Resources at PPD, where the role encompasses responsibilities as a Senior HR Business Partner. Additionally, Deb held the position of Executive Director and Vice President of Human Resources at Thermo Fisher Scientific from December 2021 to April 2024, following the acquisition of PPD. Deb Ballweg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 1991.
