Stuart Pannell MRICS has a strong background in project management and technical services within the hotel industry. Stuart'smost recent role was as Vice President Project & Technical Services at PPHE Hotel Group, where they provided client-side design and construction input across multiple brands and projects. Stuart was responsible for appointing and coordinating design consultants and contractors, obtaining planning permissions, and ensuring design engagement. Prior to this, Stuart held various positions at YOTEL, including Vice President Design & Development, Senior Manager Global Design, and Senior Design and Construction Manager. In these roles, they oversaw the design and project management of new Yotel properties globally, developed the brand's standards and set it up for growth. Stuart's experience also includes being a Development Executive at PPHE Hotel Group, where they managed the entire development process, and a Development Administrator, where they assisted in coordinating the implementation of new franchised hotels into the group.

Stuart Pannell MRICS completed their education at several institutions. Stuart earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Management and Tourism from the University of Surrey in 2006. In 2009, they pursued an MSc degree in Project Management with a focus on Real Estate Development at the University of Greenwich, which they completed in 2010. Stuart further developed their expertise by obtaining a Project Management MRICS qualification from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they participated in a student mentoring program at the University of Surrey, specializing in Hospitality and Tourism. In 2003, Stuart also had the opportunity to study as an exchange student at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia, focusing on Business and Tourism.
