Toby Williams

Toby Williams has an extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Generalist at Public Partnerships | PPL since September 2021. Prior to this, Toby held the position of Sr. Human Resource Talent Management Specialist at Public Consulting Group from December 2012 to October 2022.

Before joining Public Consulting Group, Toby worked at Dominion Resource Services, Inc as a Human Resource Specialist from July 2007 to October 2022. In this role, they partnered with field Human Resources and Hiring Managers to assist with workforce planning, recruitment, screening, and referral of qualified candidates. Toby also developed sourcing strategies and conducted recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers.

From June 2005 to July 2007, Toby worked as a Career Advisor at ECPI Technical College. Toby'sresponsibilities included initiating employment opportunities related to field of study, maintaining relationships with employers for graduate placements, and coaching candidates on interviewing skills and resume enhancement.

Prior to joining ECPI Technical College, Toby held various positions at Kelly Services, Inc. Toby served as a Senior Staffing Supervisor from March 1995 to June 2007, where they focused on providing excellent service to customers and temporary employees. Toby also worked as a Site Coordinator from June 2003 to June 2005, acting as an extension of the customer's HR department and managing the order lifecycle and employee relations. Additionally, they were a Staffing Supervisor from October 1995 to June 2003, where they were responsible for recruiting, screening, and placement of employees.

Before their tenure at Kelly Services, Toby worked at Kankakee Valley Workforce Development as a Job Developer. Toby developed and implemented workshops, assessments, and job placements for Enterprise Zone Residents. Toby also worked as a Summer Youth Coordinator, recruiting and placing participants in summer work experiences and providing career counseling and assistance with college applications.

Toby began their career at LaPorte County Youth Service Bureau, where they served as a Supervisor and assisted in the development and implementation of a peer tutoring program.
