Alicia Large

Alicia Large is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital development, product delivery, and agile coaching. Currently serving as the Manager of Digital Development at GEHA Health since March 2023, Alicia has previously held key positions such as Director of Product Delivery at Rosnet and Senior IT Agile Coach at Builders FirstSource. Alicia's long tenure at SMG - Service Management Group from 2003 to 2022 included various roles, culminating in the position of Director of Engineering Process. Alicia holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Purdue University.
