Matt Clingan

Matt Clingan has extensive experience in various roles, starting with their current position as a Lead Developer at GEHA since 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Architect at Balance Point from 2012 to 2013, where they led a team of developers in a complex health insurance data conversion project. From 2008 to 2012, they were a Database/Application Developer at Shook, Hardy & Bacon, where they created a web application for document management and migrated SQL databases. Matt also worked as a Developer at Restaurant Management Company from 2005 to 2008, where they developed and maintained databases, and at Western Wireless from 1999 to 2005, where they designed various systems and databases. Matt also has experience as an Instructor at Topeka Technical College and as an Assistant to the Program Administrator at Pepperdine University.

Matt Clingan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Religious Studies from Southwest Baptist University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Matt later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Psychology at Pepperdine University from 1998 to 2001.
