From 2016 to 2019, Pablo held multiple roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, including Leader of Data Transformation, Manager of Analytic Solutions, and Data Architect. In these positions, they led the development of a data culture, implemented cloud-based data architecture, and delivered successful projects utilizing Azure stack and Snowflake DB.
Before joining Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Pablo worked at TIBCO Spotfire as a Program Manager and PSG Senior Consultant from 2013 to 2016. Pablo also gained experience as a Specialist Consultant at MicroStrategy from 2011 to 2013.
Pablo started their career at Garmin International as a Data Warehouse Specialist from 2008 to 2011. Pablo played a critical role in architecting and developing Cognos Framework, dashboards, and reports, and led the migration from Cognos 8.0 to Cognos 8.4.
Prior to Garmin, Pablo worked at Cerner Corporation as a Software Engineer and Business Intelligence Developer from 2005 to 2008. Pablo began their professional journey at Dynamic Data Services (D.D.S) as an Engineer from 2004 to 2005.
