Dean Kelly

Dean Kelly is an experienced professional in aviation and ground support equipment (GSE) management. Currently serving as a GSE/Aviation Controller at PPS Commercials Ltd since February 2021, Dean is involved in the "safe working area lighting system" project and oversees scheduling, maintenance, and parts ordering for aviation-related projects worldwide. Prior experience includes a GSE Fleet Supervisor role at Swissport from March 2012 to December 2020, where Dean focused on safe and cost-effective GSE provision and fleet management using Telematics and Maximo. Additionally, as an Airside Equipment Coordinator, Dean ensured compliance with safety standards and maintained an unblemished airside drivers permit for nine years. Dean's career began with the UK Ministry of Defence, where responsibilities included managing capital ships from November 1987 to January 2012. Education includes attendance at Brookvale Comp from 1980 to 1985 and Bury College.
