Cheryl is a 30-year customer experience contact center veteran. Her leadership scope includes managing inhouse call centers with Apple, Novell and Santander, BPO operations with Zomax, Trusource Labs and Everise, consulting on with COPC and technology operational deployment with Bomgar. During Cheryl’s career she has held the titles of VP, COO, Interim President, VP WW Operations and Sr. Director Operational Optimization. All told, her true passion started with Novell’s contribution to the COPC Standard and the building of solid BPO relationships that allow all parties to reach desired operational excellence levels for the most important element in the service equation: The Customer.
