Giampaolo Mazzuca

Giampaolo Mazzuca's work experience begins in 1996 when they worked as an Engineer at Technip Italy. In 1997, they briefly served as a Senior Consultant at Sesam (now Atos Origin). In 1998, Giampaolo co-founded Quality Cube and worked as a Project Manager, supporting IT projects and ensuring compliance with regulations in the healthcare industry. Also in 1998, they joined PQE Group as a Sales & Customer Care Manager, a position they held until 2010. During this time, they gained expertise in IT project management and validation. From 2010 to 2011, Giampaolo was the Turkey Country Manager & Business Development Manager at PQE, responsible for launching the company's liaison office in Istanbul and acquiring new customers in the pharmaceutical industry. Giampaolo then became a Partner at PQE, serving as an Executive Consultant from 2004 to 2017 and as the Latam Regional Operations Director and Principal Consultant from 2017 to 2020. In these roles, they focused on key account management, innovation and strategy definition, team organization, and project management in various sectors such as pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and medical devices. Since 2020, Giampaolo has taken on the role of Senior Partner and VP Cultural Brand Ambassador at PQE Group, where they promote the company's culture and values and oversees worldwide business relationships with major clients.

Giampaolo Mazzuca pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering (aerodynamic and propulsive) at Sapienza Università di Roma, completing their studies in 1995.
