Joni Searle

Joni has 15+ years experience in Accounting & Finance and is ACCA qualified. Having started out as an auditor and working in public practice for a number of years, she has gained experience across various industries and different size companies. Most recently she worked as Global Accounting Director for Birchbox for 7 years, gaining valuable experience in a high growth subscription startup environment. Joni has a Masters degree in Tax as well as an Honours degree in Accounting.
