Gary MacKen

Gary Macken has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Gary began their career at KPMG Ireland as an Audit Senior from September 2005 to March 2009. Gary then joined AIG as an International Internal Senior Auditor from March 2009 to March 2011, followed by a position as an Internal Audit Manager from April 2011 to October 2014. Macken then moved to Pembroke Managing Agency, where they served as the Head of Internal Audit from November 2014 to September 2016. Currently, they are employed at PRA Group as the Audit Director - Europe since September 2016, and also as the UK Finance Director since September 2019.

Gary Macken attended Trinity College Dublin from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business/Commerce, General. Gary also obtained additional certifications, including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in 2019, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors in 2018, and ACA from Chartered Accountants Ireland in 2008.
