Joel Lewis

Joel Lewis has extensive work experience in the financial and utility industries. Joel served as the President of Marling Integrated Capital Holding Corporation from 1997 to 2005, where they led the company's pioneering efforts in purchasing and collecting medical and utility debt. The company became the largest purchaser of such debt before it was sold. Prior to that, Lewis worked as a Credit Manager at Dominion Virginia Power for nearly three decades. Joel also served as the Vice President of Utility Acquisitions at Portfolio Recovery Associates, Inc. from 2006.

Joel Lewis obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Old Dominion University in 1968.
