Leslie Hubble is a seasoned professional in human resources and compensation management with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Consultant at PRA Group since May 2022, Leslie Hubble focuses on aligning compensation practices with market trends and developing plan documentation for annual compensation plans.
