Patrick Terry, DSL has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Patrick has held various leadership positions at multiple organizations, including PRA Group, BOK Financial, Heartland Financial USA, Inc., First Horizon Bank, and Wells Fargo.

At PRA Group, Patrick served as the SVP, Global Chief Data Officer, where they established the first enterprise data and analytics organization to improve operational efficiency and reduce organizational risks.

At BOK Financial, as the Chief Data Officer, Patrick optimized the enterprise data platform and led a 63-person data and analytics organization. Patrick also delivered revenue through data monetization efforts and implemented the organization's first data catalog.

Patrick also worked at Heartland Financial USA, Inc., where they held the role of Senior Vice President and Enterprise Data Officer. Patrick established the firm's first enterprise data governance strategy and delivered a Customer Master Data Solution.

During their tenure at First Horizon Bank, Patrick had multiple roles, including Vice President and Head of Enterprise Data and Vice President and Manager of Enterprise Data Management. Patrick played a crucial role in major mergers and acquisitions, implemented new data management practices, and achieved a significant increase in capacity and delivery.

Before their time at First Horizon Bank, Patrick worked at Wells Fargo in various leadership positions. Patrick contributed to initiatives focused on digital card acquisition and played a key role in the bank's acquisition of Wachovia Bank. Patrick also led the modernization of the customer data infrastructure and introduced Agile delivery practices.

Patrick Terry, DSL studied at Liberty University from 2019 to 2023, where they earned a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) degree with a focus on Strategic Leadership. Prior to this, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management & Finance at Christian Brothers University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems at The University of Memphis.
