Stuart Aikman

Stuart Aikman currently serves as the Head of Customer (UK) at PRA Group, beginning in February 2024. Prior to this role, Stuart held various positions at Tesco Bank from May 2019 to February 2024, including Head of Financial Wellbeing & Customer Vulnerability, Customer Strategy Manager & Chief Customer Officer Executive Assistant, and Audit Manager - Commercial SME. Stuart's experience also includes five years at Sainsbury's Bank as Head of Pricing, Insurances, and Commercial Manager roles. Earlier career milestones include positions at RBS as Credit Card Strategy Manager and Product Performance Manager, as well as a Business Analyst role within the Chief Operating Office at Royal Bank of Scotland. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics, Statistics & Accounting from the University of Strathclyde.
