Joss Duggan

Joss Duggan is a Co-Founder & CEO of Practi, a company focused on increasing access to healthcare in the UK. Before this, they worked as a Private Investor at Arcturus Ventures. Joss also held various senior leadership roles at GSK, including Senior Director of Product Strategy, Head of the Agile Accelerator Hub, and Senior Director of Digital, Data & Analytics Transformation. Prior to GSK, Joss was an Entrepreneur & Chief Product Officer at ComparaOnline.com. Joss also worked at Hibu as the Global Director of Digital Strategy & Product Management. Joss has additional experience as a Senior Consultant & Engagement Manager at Deloitte, Customer Experience Manager at News Corp, and Digital Experience Manager at HSBC. Joss started their career with the Graduate Leadership Development Programme at Lloyds Banking Group and also interned as an Assistant Editor at Future Publishing.

Joss Duggan has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, which was obtained from 2004 to 2007. Joss also has A-Levels in Biology, Drama, English Literature, and Psychology from The John Bentley School, completed from 1997 to 2004. Additionally, Joss has obtained several certifications in various fields from different institutions, including the University of York, IDEO U, Duke University, Stanford University, and The Johns Hopkins University, all in the year 2022.
