Rihma Chowdhury

Rihma Chowdhury has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2022, they worked as a Recruitment Administrator at PRACTICE Benefit Corp, where they recruited and trained a high-performing team and provided strategic guidance to students, parents, and tutors. Prior to that, in the same year, Rihma founded the Neighborhood Tutoring Center, where they conducted pre-screening and interviews to expand the candidate pool and supported the HR department in recruiting efforts. In 2021, they interned as a Real Estate Intern at Project Destined. From 2019 to 2021, Rihma worked as an Educator and Curriculum Developer at Bobby Tariq Tutoring Center, where they developed curriculum materials, tutored students in various subjects, and communicated with parents in multiple languages. Additionally, in 2020, they worked as a Government Enumerator at the U.S. Census Bureau.

Rihma Chowdhury attended Hunter College from 2019 to 2023, where they obtained a degree in English with a focus on Education. In January 2023, they also completed three additional certifications: Fundamentals of Human Resources, Safer Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition Practices, all from Alison.
