Jeff Carter

Jeff Carter has extensive experience in software engineering and development, currently serving as Vice President of Development at Allscripts since May 2018 and holding various senior roles at Practice Fusion since June 2012. Prior to that, Jeff worked as a Senior Software Engineer at NewsRight, LLC, contributing to the design of a cloud-based solution for tracking news article impressions. Experience also includes pivotal roles at the Associated Press, where Jeff led the development of key projects, and at SAQQARA, Inc., IBM, and Accenture, offering a strong foundation in technical consulting and software development. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from California State University, Chico.
