Nick Bacchus is a seasoned Technical Business Analyst with extensive experience in the IT and legal sectors. Currently employed at PracticeEvolve since August 2018, Nick specializes in service management, business requirement gathering, and client engagement within the legal practice management software domain. Prior roles include Business Analyst and Service Desk Analyst at Telstra Health, where Nick contributed to enhancing incident management processes using the ITIL framework. Nick's background also includes experience in service desk support at NSW Health and global IT service desk roles at Travelex, coupled with management and marketing expertise from co-owning Marmalade Store. An academic foundation in Computer Software Engineering was established through a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wollongong.
