Erica Hatch

Erica Hatch, SPHR, ACC, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at PracticeTek since November 2022. Prior to this role, Erica was Sr. Director of Human Resources at ecoATM Gazelle, where responsibilities included driving the strategy for Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition. Erica's career at Newland Communities spanned over 13 years, culminating in the role of Vice President of Human Resources, where strategic leadership for all HR functions was directed. Earlier positions included Director, Manager, and Specialist in Human Resources at Newland Communities, as well as HR Manager at Z Microsystems, and roles in compensation and benefits administration at Analysis Group, Inc. Erica also contributed to the North San Diego Business Chamber as a Board of Director member and participated in the Women's Week 2020 Strategy Team. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Suffolk University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Montana.
