Samantha Hickert

Samantha Hickert has a wealth of experience in various roles. Samantha began their career in 2008, working as a Commission Based Sales Lead at Brown Shoe Fit Company. In this role, they worked hands-on in a commission-based sales environment, choosing and buying shoes, merchandising the store, dealing with customers, and managing cash flow and employee and sales scheduling. Samantha gained extensive knowledge of many podiatry issues and core sales values. In 2015, they began working at Ray Dental as a Dental Assistant and Scheduling Coordinator. In 2016, they joined Banner Health, where they held three roles: Program Manager Talent Development, Physician Development and Experience - Sr. Consultant, and Patient Experience Sr. Advisor. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Program Manager for Practicing Excellence.
