Hakan Eren

Hakan Eren has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Hakan currently serves as the CEO of Practicus AI since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from 2017 to 2022 in various roles, including being the Worldwide Lead for Machine Learning Business Development and the Worldwide Lead for Databases and Big Data Business Development.

Before joining AWS, Hakan worked at Microsoft from 2007 to 2017. Their roles at Microsoft included being the Worldwide Lead for Azure Big Data, Analytics, and ML Strategic Alliances, EMEA Lead for Azure Strategic Alliances, and a Senior Enterprise Consultant for EMEA. Hakan played a crucial role in building strategic alliances with ISVs and driving cloud adoption.

Hakan Eren has a diverse education history that spans several years. Hakan first attended Yildiz Technical University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. Following this, they pursued further education at Boğaziçi University from 2003 to 2005, obtaining a Master's Degree in Software Engineering. Lastly, Hakan enrolled at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2015 to 2017, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Technology Management.
