Anthony Wamsteker

Anthony Wamsteker is an experienced financial executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Director at Praemium since November 2020, leading a comprehensive investment platform utilized by top financial advisers and institutions in Australia. Prior to Praemium, Wamsteker held the position of Chairman at IBA Group from January 2020 to March 2024, focusing on establishing Australia's first Shari'ah-compliant bank, and served as Chairman of Powerwrap Limited from August 2017 to October 2020, overseeing substantial company growth and a successful ASX listing. Wamsteker has also contributed as a Non-Executive Director at Primary Securities Ltd and held leadership roles such as CEO at Quay Credit Union and ME Bank, where Anthony was instrumental in driving strategic mergers and the establishment of a significant banking brand.
