Diana Patricia Salazar Zapata has a wealth of experience in various roles within different companies. Currently, Diana Patricia serves as the Head of Talent at PRAGMA, where Diana Patricia is responsible for selecting the right individuals for the organization's needs, as well as focusing on the personal and professional development and well-being of all employees. Prior to this, Diana Patricia held roles such as Director of Processes, Director PMO, and Director of Projects at PRAGMA. Additionally, Diana Patricia worked as a software developer at PSL - Software Development (International). Diana is currently pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering and Knowledge Management at Universidad EAFIT.
