Matt Sinclair

Matt Sinclair is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Financial Controller and Head of FP&A at Pragmatic since October 2022, Matt previously held key roles at Xaar from May 2015 to October 2022, including Head of FP&A, Group FP&A Manager, Senior Finance Business Partner, and Management Accountant. In these positions, Matt excelled in providing strategic information and analysis to support decision-making at the executive level, driving effective planning and reporting processes, and ensuring financial rigor across business units. Prior experience includes serving as Management Accountant and Trainee Management Accountant at East Anglia's Children's Hospices, where responsibilities included preparing monthly management accounts and financial analysis. Matt holds a degree in Mathematical Economics and Statistics from the University of Birmingham.
