Jayanthan Naidu

Jayanthan Naidu started their work experience in 2015 as an Associate Trainee at united foster technologies pvt ltd. Jayanthan then joined Pragna Technologies in the same year as a Sourcing Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for both IT and non-IT positions based on the needs of US clients. Jayanthan collected requirements, sourced candidates from different platforms, and recruited individuals with various citizenship statuses. Jayanthan followed internal recruitment processes and maintained a centralized consultant database.

Jayanthan Naidu obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ranippettai Engineering College, completing their education between 2010 and 2014.
