Caitlin Ryan began their career in 2011 as an Assistant Manager at Verizon Wireless. In 2013, they were hired as the Supply Chain Director at PRAI Beauty Group, where they currently work.

Caitlin Ryan earned their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Albertus Magnus College.
