Alice Sweeney

Alice Sweeney is an experienced pastry chef currently working at Prairie Band Casino & Resort since August 2016. Prior to this role, Alice held the position of Assistant Production Manager at Pearl Bakery from June 2008 to July 2016, where responsibilities included supervising a team of bakers and managing inventory for wholesale and retail operations. Earlier experience includes roles as a bakery assistant and bagel baker at Noah's Bagel/Portland State University/Sedexho/Aramark, a bakery assistant and pantry cook at Topeka Country Club, and a prep and pantry chef at Mango Mikes. Alice holds degrees in Patisserie and Baking from both Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Portland and Western Culinary Institute, completed in 2006.
