Patrick Pitka

Patrick Pitka has extensive experience in finance and governance, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Saskatchewan Food Industry Development Centre Inc. and Prairie Diagnostic Services Inc., where Patrick chairs the Audit, Finance & Risk Committee. Pitka has held various leadership roles, including Chair of the Legislative Audit Committee of Saskatchewan and the Audit and Finance Committee for Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. As Chief Financial Officer for Genome Prairie since 2006 and Owner of PWP Holdings Inc. since 2005, Pitka brings a wealth of financial expertise. Previous positions include Vice President of Finance at Hitachi Canadian Industries Ltd. and Partner at KPMG Canada. Pitka's educational credentials include a Professional Director designation from Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy and Chartered Accountant status from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Saskatchewan.
