Guilherme Caetano

Guilherme Caetano has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Guilherme is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Primal Pet Group since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at The Kraft Heinz Company from 2013 to 2022, where they held various positions including CFO - Business Unit / VP Finance, Vice President, Head of Sales Finance, Execution & Analytics, Head of Sales - Drug and C-Store, Sales Director Kroger, COO - PT Heinz ABC Indonesia, and CFO Asia Pacific.

Before joining The Kraft Heinz Company, Guilherme worked at AMERICA LATINA LOGISTICA as a Business Unit Manager and New Business Development Coordinator from 2010 to 2013. Guilherme also pursued a Full-Time MBA at COPPEAD from 2008 to 2010.

Earlier in their career, they gained marketing experience at Brasil Telecom as a Marketing Consultant and in marketing roles from 2004 to 2008.
