Alison Gilbertson

Alison Gilbertson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Alison started their career at Prairie Lakes Healthcare System in 2000, where they served as an Organizational Development Specialist and later as a Physician Recruiter, Outreach Coordinator, and Marketing Representative. In 2008, Alison joined Golden LivingCenter- Lakes Norden as the Executive Director, overseeing a 65-bed long-term care and rehabilitation center. In 2012, they transitioned to Prairie Lakes Healthcare Foundation as the Executive Director, raising funds to support the mission of the healthcare system. Currently, Alison holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Prairie Lakes Healthcare System.

Alison Gilbertson obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology from South Dakota State University, Brookings SD in the years 1990-1992. Alison later pursued a Masters of Science degree in Administrative Studies/Health Services from the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, SD.
