Latrice White

Latrice White has extensive experience in human resources and administrative support, with a career spanning from 2005 to the present. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Praters Flooring since August 2016, Latrice previously held various roles at Erlanger Health System, including Human Resources Coordinator, Diversity Specialist, and Compliance Auditing & Monitoring Assistant. Key responsibilities included managing diversity initiatives, supervising language services, analyzing employee data, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
