Bryan van Itallie

Bryan Van Itallie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Bryan currently serves as the President of Pratt Intermodal Chassis (PIC), where they oversee all aspects of the business, including manufacturing, sales, engineering, customer success, maintenance, procurement, human resources, accounting, and finance. Prior to this, Bryan was the Chief Operations Officer at Grace Technologies, where they led the entire business and played a crucial role in retooling the company to manufacture face shields during the COVID-19 pandemic. In their earlier career, they held various positions at John Deere, including Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, Supervisor of Program Management, Management Consultant, Design Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Quality Engineer. Bryan also has a strong military background, having served as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy, where they received commendations for their exceptional performance and played a key role in missile operations and submarine support.

Bryan Van Itallie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Bryan also attended the Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in International Business. Additionally, they completed Nuclear Engineering studies at the Naval Nuclear Power School (Officer) in 1993. Prior to their tertiary education, Bryan Van Itallie received a high school degree from the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics in 1988 and attended Hendersonville High School from 1984 to 1986. Bryan has obtained certifications such as Certified Vibration Analyst - Category I from ASNT (The American Society for Nondestructive Testing) in 2020, a Professional Engineer (Mechanical) certification from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in 2003, and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in December 2020.
