Ray Errer

Ray Errer has extensive work experience in various managerial and engineering roles. Ray has been with Pratt Miller since 2010, where they have held positions such as Vice President - Defense Business Unit and Executive Director - Defense Operations & Low Rate Production. Ray also served as the Product Engineering Director - Defense and Sr. Program Manager / Account Manager, where they managed customer projects and developed action plans to mitigate risks. Additionally, Ray established and managed the Testing and Development Department, overseeing a team of engineers and developing testing capabilities in the automotive, defense, and robotics fields. Prior to their time at Pratt Miller, Ray worked at Gibbs Technologies as an Engineering Manager - Testing and Validation and at Chrysler in various engineering roles, including Lead Powertrain Engineer and Powertrain Design and Release Engineer. Ray has a strong background in vehicle development, powertrain integration, and testing.

Ray Errer earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, which they attended from 1987 to 1993. Ray then went on to Lawrence Technological University, where they completed a Master of Science in Engineering - Manufacturing from 1996 to 1998.
