Adarsh started the career as an Assistant Manager at Maruti Suzuki India Limited after completing a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur and further pursued a PGDM in Marketing/Marketing Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
