Khadija El-Bedweihy has been working in the field of education since 2009. Khadija began their career as a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Computers and Information - Cairo University. In their role, they led seminars and tutorials for a number of courses, prepared and graded quizzes, assessed undergraduate students' assignments and supervised research projects for final year undergraduate students. In 2014, they were promoted to Lecturer at the same institution. In 2016, they founded two companies: PraxiLabs, which makes virtual science labs accessible, usable, and affordable for educational institutions and schools, and Skolera ULP, a user-oriented unified learning platform focusing on Education 4.0 pillars.
Khadija El-Bedweihy obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from The University of Sheffield in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Faculty of Computers and Information in 2008.
