Mark Sears

Mark Sears is an experienced entrepreneur and technology executive, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Sprout AI Studio, a venture-building studio dedicated to creating AI companies that enhance human connections through the development of 'Relational AI.' Sears is also a Board Member at Praxis, an organization supporting redemptive entrepreneurship, and has held significant roles at CloudFactory, where Sears is the Executive Chairman and Founder, as well as CEO, leading the company in AI data labeling. Previous ventures include founding Sprout Technology and Godspeed Computing, where Sears developed innovative technology solutions. Early career experiences include positions at Zucotto Wireless, AudeSi Technologies, and Sun Microsystems, alongside formal education in Computer Science from the University of Alberta and Red Deer Polytechnic.
