Ruthann Deveney

RuthAnn Deveney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content, communications, and learning and development. Currently serving as the Director of Content & Communications at Praxis since March 2022, RuthAnn previously held pivotal roles at Chatham Financial, including Director of People Development & Engagement and Director of Learning & Development, where significant contributions included implementing performance management systems and launching global learning resources. Prior experience encompasses medical writing and editing at Shire and Synchrony Healthcare Group, as well as project coordination at Great Place to Work Institute. RuthAnn holds an Honors BA in English with a concentration in Business/Technical Writing from the University of Delaware.
