Naomi Downing

Naomi Downing is an experienced professional in the field of supporting young people and their families, currently serving as a Team Leader at Praxis Care since June 2019, where responsibilities include organizing shifts, managing a staff team, administering medication, and conducting performance reviews. Prior to this role, Naomi worked as a Personal Support Worker at Melton Mencap from July 2011 to May 2019, focusing on client support and fostering independence. Additionally, Naomi gained experience as a Learning Support Assistant at Birch Wood Special School from August 2013 to July 2016. Naomi holds a Joint Honours degree in Education, Education Studies and Special and Inclusive Education from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2019, and a BTEC National Diploma in Children's Care, Learning and Development from Melton Brooksby College.
