Romina Luciana Guadagnini has over 20 years of work experience. Romina Luciana began their career in 1999 as an IVR Installation and Administration with FERMA. In 2005, they became a Freelance Developer for Lucksys, where they worked on applications in VB6 and VB.NET, as well as embedded systems. In 2007, they joined Honeywell as an Application Engineer and Ingeniero de Aplicaciones. In 2008, they moved to Avaya as a Customer Support. In 2012, they became a VOIP Admin and VOIP System Administrator with cat-technologies. In 2014, they worked as a Developer in Praxis EMR, where they worked with Vb6, Vb.neta, and Java. In 2016, they became a Desarrolladora ASP. NET with IBM (OSPREY, GREY Argentina) and STEFANINI Argentina. In 2019, they joined Accenture as a Desarrolladora and Desarrolladora en Accenture Argentina. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as a Desarrolladora Full Stack SR with MMGYD (Ministerio de La Mujeres Generos y Diversidades).
