Cherubin Dorcent

Cherubin Dorcent has a diverse range of work experience in social services and community organizations. Cherubin is currently the Director of Social Services at Praxis Housing Initiatives, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at The Jericho Project as an Assistant Program Director for SSVF from October 2019 to July 2022. From February 2018 to July 2022, they were a Supervisor at Children Community Services. Before that, they served as a Case Manager at Brightpoint Health from August 2016 to May 2022. Cherubin also worked as a Care Coordinator at NADAP from November 2015 to November 2016. Cherubin started their career at DIASPORA community services as a Case Manager from 2009 to 2011.

Cherubin Dorcent holds a Master's Degree in Public Health (MPH) which was earned from LIU Brooklyn. This degree was obtained between 2014 and 2017. Prior to this, Dorcent completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Community Health Education at The City College of New York. This degree was earned from 2009 to 2011. In addition, Dorcent received an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Chemistry from Kingsborough Community College, which was completed between 2007 and 2009.
