Ruthann Deveney

RuthAnn Deveney loves finding the right words to help people learn and grow. In her previous role as Director of People Development & Engagement at Chatham Financial, RuthAnn drove the creation and implementation of programs to foster learning and development, employee engagement, and management best practices. She holds a BA in English, concentrating in technical writing, from the University of Delaware. Since 2014, RuthAnn has been an active advocate on behalf of survivors of human trafficking by raising funds and awareness to enable education and rehabilitation. In her free time, she can be found reading multiple books at a time, volunteering with the local library, and taking walks around Kennett Square, PA, where she lives with her husband.
